We've all fallen victim to sending email without the attachment. It's quite embarrassing sending that follow up message with "Whoops! Here's the attachment. I'm an idiot."Well, that old mistake would have been a blessing compared to the embarrassment a University of Iowa teacher's assistant is feeling after accidentally emailing niude photos of herself instead of a study guide to all of her students.
According to the Des Moines Register, the university has confirmed the event which was originally made public on the web.Now officials are asking anyone who received the message to delete it and not pass it on. I'm sure people are definitely respecting that requ– What's that? The photos are being passed all around the Internet? Shocking.
The website Total Frat Moves claims to have the original email and copies of the niude images (though they did not post the pics, so I guess you clicked that previous link a bit prematurely) saying, "The images are from a video chat that is quite sexual in nature. It appears that two people are ‘cyber-sexing' from different locations using video equipment."
The teacher's assistant identity hasn't been released to the public, but students have been tweeting about the incident. One student tweeted, "The TA was teaching her 7:30 discussion session this morning trying to act like nothing happened but [was] clearly very rattled. No one said anything about it but it was just extremely awkward."It's going to be a long semester. On the plus side, at least she finally found a way to get college students to come to a 7:30 am math discussion session.
